PARAMORE!

Biographie:

Paramore débute lorsque la jeune Hayley Williams débarque à Franklin, Tennessee. Elle y rencontre deux frère, Josh et Zac Farro, respectivement guitariste et batteur. Jeremy Davis, un bassiste, s'ajoute aux trois musiciens peu après : le groupe est au complet.

Ils ne perdent pas de temps pour composer et jouer, dans un premier temps lors de petits évènements comme les "Battle Of The Bands" organisés par les lycées, puis lors de "vrais" concerts autour de Franklin.

Fueled By Ramen (Fall out Boy, The Academy Is...) s'intéresse rapidement au combo.

Le groupe peut désormais travailler sur son premier album avec le soutien complet du label, James Wisner (Dashboard Confessional, Further Seems Forever, Underoath) et Mike Green (Yellowcard, The Black Maria) sont à la production. "All We Know Is Falling" sort le 26 Juillet 2005.

C'est avec l'album en main que le groupe tourne de plus en plus, avec des passages remarqués lors de Bamboozle ou du Warped Tour. Les gros médias commencent à s'intéresser à ces jeunes pour ne citer que SPIN.com, Alternative Press ou encore le New York Times !

Riot!, second album de la formation est disponible le 6 Juin 2007 (en import). Les critiques explosent, une réelle réussite, une efficacité à couper le souffle, le groupe commence à trouver son public tout autour du monde.

La rouquine et sa bande en profitent pour passer trois fois en France, une première en ouverture pour Evanescence, une seconde au Nouveau Casino peu après la sortie de Riot! et une troisième fois au Trabendo plein à craquer avec un guest de choix, je nomme New Found Glory !

Notons que Paramore est Band Of The Year 2007 par Alternative Press !

Le groupe qualifie sa musique de "energetic, emotional and fun", on ne peut qu'approuver
